TUC TIE Lab Research Associate at the Installations Group


Natalia Avarikioti is an undergraduate student at the Technical University of Crete. During her studies she was an Erasmus student at the Università di Sassari, Facoltà d’Architettura ad Alghero, Italy. She has participated in an Intensive Erasmus Program hosted by Escuela Superior de Diseño, Madrid as well as in workshops in Greece and abroad. She contributed in collective groups in several projects and installations about human interactions and cultural exchange in public places. She is interested in the social aspects of architecture, in terms of responding to emerging needs and providing a habitable urban environment that is not just a designed form but a configuration created through interactions and participation in the design process.
